BAC Pest Control takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

2. What We Collect

We only collect what we need to respond to your request. Nothing more.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to:

• Respond to your quote or assessment request
• Send you a confirmation email when you submit a form
• Contact you by phone or email to arrange service
• Answer any follow-up questions about your service

We will never use your information for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent, in compliance with CASL.

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own purposes. Full stop.

Two services touch your data as part of how the website works:

• IONOS — our email hosting provider. When you submit a form, the details are sent directly to our inbox via IONOS mail servers. IONOS is bound by their own privacy and security policies.
• Calendly — if you use our online booking page, appointment data is handled by Calendly. We recommend reviewing Calendly's privacy policy for details on how they handle that data.

5. How We Store Your Data

We don't store your form submissions in a database. When you submit a quote request, the information goes directly to our email inbox — it is not saved in any website system or CMS.

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS. Access to our email is protected by a password and limited to the business owner.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep your information only as long as needed to deliver and support your service, honour any treatment guarantees, and meet legal or tax requirements under Canadian and Ontario law. Once no longer needed, it is deleted from our email.

7. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Access — ask what personal information we hold about you
• Correct — request a correction if anything is inaccurate
• Delete — ask us to remove your information (subject to any legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent — opt out of any communications at any time
